TERMS & CONDITIONS
Please allow up to 24 business hours (Monday to Friday) for a response to your inquiry. Emails sent outside of business hours will be handled on the next business day.
RETURN POLICY
All sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges are accepted. Please review product descriptions and sizing carefully before purchasing.
In the rare case of a defective item or incorrect product, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof and your order number. We reserve the right to determine if a replacement will be issued. Refunds will not be provided under any circumstances.
SHIPPING ISSUES AND ADDRESS ERRORS
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping information at checkout. Any additional shipping costs due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will be the responsibility of the customer.
If a package is returned to sender due to failure to deliver, receive, or collect, a reshipment fee of $15 will be required before the order can be sent again. The address will be reconfirmed before reshipping.
Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates once an order has been shipped.
SHIPPING AND PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days unless otherwise stated.
Standard shipping typically takes 7 to 14 business days within the United States after fulfillment. Please allow up to 3 weeks total for delivery.
Pre order items will include estimated shipping timeframes in the product description and may take longer to ship.
We do not guarantee delivery dates and are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Addicted to Raving is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once marked as delivered. Customers must contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties required by their country.
DELIVERY
You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and another email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
